The semi-detached holiday home with two separate residential units is centrally located on a plot of approx. 700 m². The Müritz with its bathing beach, harbor, passenger boat landing stage and Müritz cycle path is about 500 m away. Restaurants are located within a radius of a few hundred meters.
The semi-detached houses are about 40 square meters in size and offer space for 2 to 3 people. There is a living room (upholstered furniture with extra bed, flat screen TV, dining area, radio), an open kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The house is heated by central heating. A high chair and a crib can be provided for small children. There is also a small outdoor playground with a swing and slide, as well as a furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, a bicycle/equipment shed (max. 3 bicycles) and parking spaces for each accommodation unit.
Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can either be brought or rented. Klink is a state-recognized resort and therefore subject to visitor's tax (payable on site, information on the amount of visitor's tax on the local website).
The state-approved resort of Klink - charmingly situated on an isthmus between the Müritz (Germany's largest inland lake) and the Kölpinsee - has developed into a popular vacation destination. The spa town of Waren (Müritz) is only approx. 6 km away and can be easily reached by bus or boat, and Klink has a castle worth seeing, several bathing beaches, a landing stage for passenger boats, a marina, boat and bicycle hire, a mini-golf course, a salt cave, tennis and bowling in winter, restaurants and shopping facilities, including a supermarket. The popular and well-known Müritz cycle route runs directly through the village and can be combined with trips on the passenger boat. Golf, fitness, wellness, sauna and swimming pool can be found in Göhren-Lebbin (approx. 12 km), the highway access is approx. 17 km away.
