The gîte is located 1km from the village of Saint-André de Roquelongue, where you'll find all the shops you need: bakery, mini-market, chemist, restaurant, post office, etc.
Within easy reach of the village, there are many places not to be missed: Fontfroide Abbey, Narbonne la Romaine and its remarkable heritage, the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park with its lakes and unusual villages, the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean, the medieval town of Carcassonne and the Cathar castles. Numerous hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house, where you can discover breathtaking scenery. Cycling enthusiasts will also be delighted.

On site, the gîte has a large outdoor area with a beautiful private saltwater swimming pool (7x3m), ideal for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing. The pool can be used all year round as it is covered and heated. Around it, you can bask in the southern sunshine on the sun loungers, sipping a cocktail. A private, covered terrace is also available, with garden furniture, plancha and barbecue, so you can make the most of convivial moments with friends or family. Private parking on the property for several cars.

This air-conditioned gîte opens on the ground floor into an entrance hall with a lounge area equipped with sofas and armchairs. Games room with pool table, table football, table tennis and exercise bike. A first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a second bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a cot, and a third bedroom with two 90x190cm beds. A separate bathroom (bath and washbasin). Separate WC. Just before the first floor, climbing the stairs, there is a laundry area with a washing machine. Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed. A sixth "dormitory" bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm) + bunk beds (90cm). A separate bathroom (bath, shower, washbasin). A separate shower room (shower, washbasin). Separate WC. A large living room with a sitting area equipped with sofas and TV with access to several channels other than DTT, a large dining table, an open, functional and fully equipped kitchen. Sheets, bath and pool towels included. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Pets are welcome. WIFI fibre connection. Baby equipment on request. Possibility of arrival by key box.
