Simple apartment block "Bona Vista". Outside the resort, 2.5 km from the centre of LLançà, on top of a hill, 750 m from the sea, 750 m from the beach. Steep motor access. Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, railway station "LLançà" 2.6 km, sandy beach "Platja de Guifreu" 750 m. Please note: car recommended, no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
