The Ibizan-style villa Can Roca de Cala dOr boasts a prime location right by the sea above the rugged coastline of Cala dOr. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes' walk from Cala Egos beach. The south-east facing sea view terrace is surrounded by a Mediterranean natural landscape and offers breathtaking sunrises and long hours of sunshine. Relax on a sun lounger, have breakfast or enjoy a good glass of wine in the cosy lounge. On the other side of the villa is a sheltered garden with a 12 x 5 metre pool. Here you can place your sun lounger under tall palm trees on the pleasant lawn. There is a table tennis area next to the pool area. Under the porch at the entrance is another attractive outdoor dining area with summer kitchen and built-in barbecue. There is an open car park and the wide residential road also offers convenient parking.

The light-flooded rooms of the villa are spread over two wings, connected by a round tower. Both wings have access to the terrace with sea views. Two of the five double bedrooms have direct access to the garden, while the large master bedroom with adjoining office and a single bedroom leads directly onto the sea-view terrace. On the upper floor of the tower there is a further double bedroom with a four-poster bed and sensational sea views. The windows have fly screens and can be darkened with shutters. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen with two fridges is located on the ground floor of the tower. The large living room with English satellite TV and the dining room are also on this floor, both with wonderful sea views. In the cooler months, several fireplaces and underfloor heating (except on the upper floor) create a cosy atmosphere

With its white villas and excellent infrastructure, the trendy holiday resort of Cala d'Or is the perfect place for discerning holidaymakers. In this premium urbanisation, the surroundings are pleasant and only partially acoustically disturbed by cars. The nearest sandy beach with shallow entry into the crystal-clear water is only 300 metres away. The nearest shops (Eroski) are only a 10-minute walk from the villa (between Easter and October).
