The apartment includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a small room with a bunk bed (suitable per adulti 80x200 cm), and a high-quality Bruno sofa bed in the living area. The open-plan kitchen and living space provide ample room for socializing. Note: The bathroom is accessible only through the master bedroom.
Additional features include garage or outdoor parking spaces, depending on availability on-site or in the central parking garage in Zuoz, as well as an e-charging station. The ski and bike storage, shared laundry facilities with dryer and ironing options, and a ski boot room with drying capabilities complete the amenities. The Terrassa Apartment can also be connected to the Giardin Apartment via an internal staircase.
In the house's wellness and fitness area, you can unwind with a sauna, swimming channel, and modern fitness equipment – perfect for ending the day. Massages can also be offered directly at the house.
Chesa Unica is situated in a quiet and convenient location in Zuoz, practically right next to the ski lift.
