This is an elegant 3-bedroom villa in Havelte. it's surrounded by forests and heathlands and is on a peaceful holiday park in the countryside. It is ideal for families.

The villa is situated at the edge of the forest. There is an extensive walking and biking track here and an 18-hole golf course. There's a lake with a private beach 100m away where you can go swimming or fishing. There's a supermarket and restaurant 1 km away.

The villa has been furnished in a modern and stylish manner. There is a terrace and a fenced garden where you can relax and admire the beautiful natural surroundings. There's a cosy fireplace in the living room. There is also play equipment for children. You can get a high chair on request.

Public transport is 1 km away. Groningen Airport Eelde is 62 km away.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

    “die Ausstattung entspricht genau dem Preis, Preis-leistung stimmt also.
    Auch an den Kleinigkeiten, Putzmittel, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier etc. fehlt es nicht. Selbst eine Angelrute ist vorhanden, für schlechtes Wetter, was wir nicht hatten, DVDs Filme, Spiele für Kinder und Erwachsene vorhanden.
    Tolle BadeWanne und Dusche.
    Hat Spaß gemacht dort zu wohnen.
    Nette ruhige Nachbarn, meist Eigentümer der Häuser.
    Auch für Kleinkinder eine super Sache.
    Von einer Seite im Wald gelegen, von der anderen Seite von Feldern und einigen Bauernhöfen eingerahmt.
    Der angrenzende Campingplatz störte bezüglich Lautstärke nicht.
    Einfach ideal, wenn man mal eine Woche die Seele baumeln lassen möchte.”
