Unser komfortabel und sehr wohnlich ausgestattete Ferienhaus mit der Hausnummer 274 steht direkt hinter den Dünen im ruhig gelegenen hinteren Teil vom Strandpark Ostseebad Baabe. Dichter können Sie wohl nicht an der Ostsee wohnen. Das Ferienhaus ist für 6 + 2 Personen geeignet. Es besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern (eins mit Whirlpool und Sauna), Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Küche mit Geschirrspüler,Microwelle,Ceranherd, Wasserkocher,Toaster,Brotschneidemaschine u. einer Galerie mit Sitzecke. Entspannen Sie nach einem erlebnisreichen Sommertag im eigenen Whirlpool, heizen Sie in der Sauna auf nach einem Herbstspaziergang am Strand oder genießen Sie die wohlige Wärme des knisternden Kamins an einem klirrend kalten Wintertag. Unser Haus verfügt über einen Strandkorb auf der Terrasse sowie einen Fahrradständer am Haus. An dem flach ins Wasser abfallenden Badestrand können die 'Kleinsten' unbekümmert planschen und die 'Großen' sich unbeschwert erholen. Ein kostenloser Pkw-Stellplatz ist in der Nähe des Hauses vorhanden. Der Strand von Baabe ist das pure Urlaubsvergnügen. Bei schönem Wetter in der Sonne liegen, an nichts denken und einen neuen Rhythmus finden. Zur Abkühlung in die erfrischende Ostsee springen oder sich Bewegung bei einigen Strandspielen verschaffen. Die gute Laune stellt sich auf jeden Fall ein. So ein Strandtag bietet Abwechslung und ist vielfältig. Wie zum Beispiel einen schönen langen Strandspaziergang. Den frischen Geruch des Meeres einatmen und durch den feinen weichen Sand gehen. Bei Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist der Strand von Baabe besonders beliebt. An dem flach ins Wasser abfallenden Badestrand können die 'Kleinsten' unbekümmert planschen und die 'Großen' sich unbeschwert erholen. Der 'Boulevard' von Baabe ist ohne Zweifel die Strandstraße. In den gemütlichen Cafés und Restaurants, die die Strandstraße umsäumen, gönnen sich viele Gäste eine Pause. Das schöne Wetter lädt zum draußen sitzen ein und man kann jeden Tag bei einer Tasse Kaffee oder einem Eis in Ruhe genießen.



Bei Buchungen ab dem 01.01.2014 sind die Energiekosten im Mietpreis enthalten - die Kaution ist dann nur noch als Sicherheitsleistung für eventuell auftretende Schäden bestimmt und wird nach der Abreise (wenn keine Zusatzkosten entstanden sind) zurücküberwiesen.



Nach Eingang der Restzahlung erhalten Sie die Anreiseunterlagen - in diesen sind die noch zu zahlenden Nebekosten hinterlegt.

Die Nebenkosten müssen vor Anreise an den Vermieter überwiesen werden. Die Kaution ist dann nur noch als Sicherheitsleistung für eventuell auftretende Schäden bestimmt und wird nach der Abreise (wenn keine Zusatzkosten entstanden sind) innerhalb von 14 - 21 Werktagen, nach Abreise auf das anzugebende Konto zurück überwiesen.. Hinweis zur Kurtaxe im Ostseebad Baabe, seit dem 01.01.2021 zählt der An- und Abreisetag als ein Kurtaxenpflichtiger Tag pro Person (Bsp. 7 Tage buchen = 8 Tage Kurtaxe pro Person).

    “Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht so gut (Toilette, Küche Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen). Das Haus sollte besenrein übergeben werden, der Besen war leider kaputt, fiel ständig auseinander und musste immer wieder zusammengeschraubt werden. Die Reparatur des Toilettensitzes ging schnell und zügig. War sehr gut, haben auch sofort einen Lappen zum Aufwischen bekommen.     “Es war sehr gut von der Lage und der Umgebung. Auch die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Toller Strand .Leider war der Mülleimer kapput und die Gläser im Schrank nicht sauber ,aber im gesamten ist dieses Ferienhaus top und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.”
