Modern, cosy, comfortable apartment block "Marenia", 3 storeys, built in 2011. 31 apartments in the residence. Playa 3 km from the centre of Els Poblets, 10 km from the centre of Dénia, 20 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool angular (16 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt water and internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 600 m, café 400 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 20 m, shingle beach 50 m. Sports harbour 10 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

    “Ce logement correspond en tout point à sa description sur le site. Il est entièrement équipé et meublé avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est dans un état impeccable et propre. À notre arrivée aucune mauvaise surprise n'est à déplorer. Sa vue magnifique sur la plage, son jardinet et terrasse lui apportent encore plus de charme. Le plus grand plus est son accès direct à la piscine et à la plage via un portillon du jardin. Très bel immeuble récent. À réserver absolument.”

    “Veldig nydelig beliggenhet rett ved stranden, god standard og god romløsning. Deilig at leiligheten var på bakkeplan så man kunne gå rett ut på terassen, videre bort til svømmebassenget og ned på stranden.”
