This beautiful wooden house is situated on natural grounds in the cottage area of Spodsbjerg. The decor consists of modern furnishings and is of a high standard. The 45 square metres fenced terrace is in front of the living area. The marina of Spodsbjerg, the fishing lakes and Rudkøbing, which is ideal for shopping are located a short drive away. The Langeland Golf Club is located about 20 km south of Spodsbjerg.
