Private Apartment in Bar-Sur-Aube with Adjacent Balcony and Beautiful View

This private apartment is quietly located in the heart of the historic centre of Bar sur Aube. Thanks to its location, it is an ideal starting point to explore the city and the surrounding Champagne region with its many attractions as well as the "Champagne Trail".

The bright 70 m² apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift, and offers enough space for four people. It impresses with its stylish, modern furnishings that are harmonically maintained in shades of white, gray and black. The light-filled, 40 m² living space is divided into a living-dining area and the spacious adjoining kitchen. The living area has a comfortable sofa and armchair, a modern flat screen TV and a DVD player. Two additional flat-screen TVs are in the kitchen and in the bedroom. This is followed by a small dining area and a fitted kitchen that opens into the living room. The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped with all modern appliances, such as a stove, microwave and dishwasher. At its heart is the central kitchen area with bar stools. Through the glass door you can reach the small, adjacent balcony which offers a beautiful view. The bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm wide double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom, which also houses the washing machine, has both a bathtub and a shower. The toilet is separate. A comfortable bed with a slatted frame and a mattress size of 140 x 200 cm is available, in addition, for two more people.

Access to the house and the apartment is barrier-free and therefore suitable for wheelchair users. The apartment has WLAN internet access.

From the small furnished balcony, you have a beautiful view of the town and the surrounding vineyards of the Champagne region. You can park about 10 to 30 metres from the house.

Thanks to the ideal location of the apartment, you can easily reach the historic centre of Bar sur Aube with its shops and restaurants in a short space of time. The river where you can take beautiful walks is also not far away (200 m). You can also take a variety of hikes along numerous marked trails in the nearby vineyards. Or take the Champagne Trail and discover the many places and attractions that lie along the way.
