This charming holiday home, a former medieval mill spread out over three levels, is set in an idyllic valley only 3 km from Montepulciano. From the combined kitchen with living room and the room with fireplace on the ground floor you have access to an equipped outdoor area. On the 1st floor, which is accessed from one side of this former mill, there are a second central kitchen and bedrooms with bathroom, a second bedroom with bath is on the 2nd floor. The decor is functional and in rustic Tuscan style. Baby bed available on request. In the vicinity lies ITS971. Nearby places to visit are: Pienza (15 km) and the picturesque Orcia Valley, the warm thermal baths of Bagno Vignoni (25 km).     “Het huis ligt zeer afgelegen en is niet makkelijk te vinden. Het is huis wel mooi maar zeer karig ingericht. Ik zou er niet met kleine kinderen naar toe gaan, er ligt een diepe kuil /put bij de voordeur die niet is afgemaakt.
    Slaapkamers en bijbehorende badkamers zijn goed, mooi en ruim. Indeling van het huis is ruim.
    De vaatwasser werkte niet, tv was afwezig. Ook was het huis niet goed schoongemaakt. Het huis zelf ging wel, maar er stond beschimmelde vaat in de vaatwasser. Onderin de vaatwasser stond een laag water vol met schimmel. De oven was ronduit smerig.     “Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen in Mitten malerischer Hügel. Es ist ein sehr schöner Bau und das Haus bietet für 6 Personen (wir waren eine Freundesgruppe) großzügige Zimmer und Wohnbereiche. Der direkte Gartenzugang von der Küche war auch toll. Die Betten und Badezimmer waren alle sehr ordentlich und sauber, praktisch ist auch, dass jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt und es zusätzlich im Erdgeschoss noch ein kleines Bad gibt. Die "+1-Person" wie es in den Angabe hier heißt, hätte auch ein recht großes Bett in separatem Raum gehabt. Wenn man also auf WLAN verzichten kann und einen Traumurlaub in einem sympathischen italienischen Haus zu einem eigentlich unschlagbaren Preis verbringen möchte, in guter Lage zu allen sehenswerten Städten der Toskana, der ist hier bestimmt richtig.
    Meine Freunde und ich würden es immer wieder buchen, nicht zuletzt wegen der freundlichen Vermieter.”
