In the small town of Vittorio Veneto, known in the 16th century for its artistic heritage as "the little Florence of the Veneto region", is located this pleasant vacation apartment on 2 floors of a two-family house built in 1800 in the district of Ceneda, one of the two historic centers that characterize this beautiful town, surrounded by the wine hills of Prosecco and Cartizze. Ideal location for a vacation in any season, close to stores and services of all kinds. The fenced garden and veranda, equipped for outdoor dining and relaxing, are a perfect retreat after excursions in this area rich in history, culture and nature. In Vittorio Veneto there are buildings of considerable historical and artistic importance, many churches, museums with interesting historical testimonies and the Castle of San Martino with a splendid panorama. For water sports: 9 km the lakes of Revine Lago with canoe and pedal boat rentals, fishing, the didactic archaeological landscape park Livelet; the prealpine lake Santa Croce (20 km) is the ideal destination for windsurfers, kitesurfers and paragliders. 80 km the wide golden sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast (Caorle, Bibione, Lignano, Eraclea). The surrounding hills offer various hiking trails, one of which reaches the caves of Caglieron, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 15 km away is the forest of Cansiglio with beautiful natural trails for trekking, mountain biking and cross-country skiing. 30 km lthe foothills of the Belluno Dolomites with the Alpago region and Lake Santa Croce. The Dolomiti Superski ski area is one hour away. Various cycling routes in the rolling hills of the Prealps and in the hills famous for the production of excellent wines such as Prosecco sparkling wine. Worth visiting are beautiful towns and medieval villages such as Cison di Valmarino, Follina, Sacile, Pordenone, Aquilei, Asolo, Conegliano, Bassano del Grappa. Art cities such as Belluno (30 km), Treviso (50 km), Venice (80 km) and Padua (100 km) are also within easy reach. At the numerous fairs and festivals of the city you can get to know the typical products of the area.

    “Tophuis met een geweldige tuin. Veel privacy. Mooi overdekt terras (heerlijk met heet weer). Huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Auto kun je perfect bij het huis kwijt. Omdat het huis gewoon in een wijk met de echte italianen staat, heb je even het gevoel echt in Italie te wonen. Huis is op loopafstand van winkeltjes.”
