Attic apartment in a quiet location with a terrace and a shared garden, not far from the town centre

The attic apartment is in an annexe to the owner’s bed and breakfast. It is in a quiet spot in a private courtyard and is surrounded by a pretty garden. The owner lives next door.

From the furnished terrace belonging to the apartment you can see an abundance of greenery. There is garden furniture under shady trees in the well-maintained garden. The car parking space is in front of the garden.

The apartment was refurbished to a high standard and its 90m² provides ample space for two adults and a child. It has a large bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, and a small room with a single bed and a cupboard. The large bathroom has a bath, shower, double washbasin, bidet, WC and hairdryer. The spacious kitchen has a dining area and is fully equipped with all the standard facilities, as well as cutlery and crockery. In the living room there is a comfortable couch.

The apartment is not far from the town centre with its shops and the picturesque historic centre. The town is also a convenient starting point for trips into the Dolomites or to the art cities of Treviso, Asolo, Venice, Bassano, Padova or Vicenza. The region also offers a number of interesting routes for cyclists.

Guests can use two bicycles free of charge.
