This vacation apartment, located on the second floor of a charming 18th-century mill, includes a spacious south-facing terrace overlooking the river: enjoy your meals here to the gurgling sound of the water, which also runs directly under your terrace. After your meal, you can find a shady spot on the shore. The property is located in the heart of a beautiful region with an exceptional cultural heritage, including the famous castles along the Loire. 7 km away awaits you the medieval town of Meung-sur-Loire, and 15 km to Beaugency with its castle and charming old town. A little further away (35 km) you can visit the Château de Talcy in Renaissance style, and 40 km away Chambord attracts with the largest castle in the Loire and a great nature reserve. Also worth a trip is the city of Blois, 50 km away, with its cathedral, a museum that takes its visitors into the world of magic and enchantment, and a historic bridge over the Loire. Its illumination and an accompanying music make the visit to the castle in Blois a special experience. Chaumont-sur-Loire (65 km) also has a chateau, but also a sculpture trail and several show gardens. On the marked circular route "Loire à vélo", sporty vacationers can discover the Loire by bike. Pay special attention to small children because of the abundance of water on and around the property. A first floor apartment is occupied by very discreet permanent tenants. It has a covered parking space on the property.
