Holiday apartment with modern appliances, a big south-facing balcony and its own canopy beach chair

The four-star apartment is on the upper floor of a house in Hohwacht by the Baltic Sea, just a few minutes’ walk from the lovely Hohwacht sandy beach. The apartment has a separate entrance.

This beautiful holiday apartment of 78m² provides cosiness and comfort. It has a big living room with a dining space, a fireplace stove and a south-facing balcony, as well as two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a fully-equipped separate kitchen, a bathroom/WC, an extra guest WC and a big hallway, providing ample space for four people. The apartment has been furnished comfortably and faces the sunshine.

After spending time on the beach, you can enjoy your holiday on the big south-facing balcony with a fabulous view towards the inland lake, into the Sehlendorfer Binnensee nature reserve and as far as the Baltic Sea.

There is a car parking space on site and bicycles can be parked in the carport. A cot and a highchair can be provided free of charge. A canopy beach chair is available for you free of charge during your stay on the beach. The centre with restaurants and shops is about 500 metres away, as well as ÖPNV bus connections.

    “Sehr zu empfehlen! Positiv: Wirklich sehr gut und vollständig eingerichtet, geschmackvoll, viele liebevolle und sinnvolle Details.
    Super gut zu heizen (November). Waschmaschine, schönes Bad, eine Extra-Toilette. Ein großzügiger Wohnraum, mit Essplatz und Sitzecke. Abgeschlossene Küche mit Dunstabzug (kein Geruch im Wohnbereich),
    Sehr freundliche imd hilfsbereite Vermieter, im gleichen Haus, immer ansprechbar. Negativ: tja.. höchstens der etwas weitere Weg zu Strand, Supermarkt, aber auch nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Dafür sehr ruhige und schöne Wohngegend.”

    “Wir als Familie wurden sehr nett aufgenommen. Im Objekt fehlt es an nichts. Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zum großzügigem Wohnbereich mit Kamin und Essbereich ist alles modern eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Das Bad ist mit Regendusche und das Gäste-WC mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und Handtüchern sowie Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und würden gern erneut buchen.”
