This 200-year-old, small house is a perfect example of Canarian architecture with a typical small courtyard and a beautiful garden with sun loungers. It has been beautifully renovated, but the originality and charm has been completely preserved. You can expect an original Canarian atmosphere with views of the sea and the volcano Teide. The house has a digital satellite TV and Wi-Fi access. This holiday home is situated on the edge of Icod de los Vinos and is an exceptional location for those interested in hiking, mountain biking, and swimming (Playa San Marcos). The world famous dragon tree and the city centre are only a few minutes away, where there are restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The well-known tourist town of Puerto de la Cruz is only about 18 km away. The beautiful landscape of the ‘Isla Baja’ is only about 20 km away. This is a perfect accommodation for holiday makers who are seeking a different kind of holiday. The house is cleaned once in 7 days, and the bed linen and towels are changed. The house is right next to ETE168 and can be rented together.

    “Sehr nettes Häuschen in sehr ruhiger Berglage oberhalb von Icod Los Vinos mit Meerblick und Blick auf Teide. Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt abseits vom Massentourismus, welcher sich in Los Christianos oder Americas eingenistet hat. Die Wohnung ist groß, dazu kommt ein Garten und ein Vorhof. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief einwandfrei. Ein Mietwagen ist aber auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert wenn nicht sogar notwendig.
    Unserer Meinung nach ein sehr lohnenswertes Ferienhaus für 2 Personen.”
