 It is located in the Aiguaviva Parc (Vidreres) urbanization, 10 minutes (5 km) by car from Lloret de Mar and the beach. 10 minutes from supermarkets and restaurants in Lloret de Mar. 30 minutes from Girona and 1 hour from Barcelona It is recommended not to make excessive noise so as not to disturb the neighbors.

Modern house of 160 m2 spread over 2 floors and a garage. Ideal for families or friends, with a maximum of 10 people. On the main floor there is a large living-dining room with TV and internet, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and ceramic hob, plates, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans) and a bathroom with WC. From the main floor you can access the garage by stairs (with a child safety fence).

On the upper floor, it has 3 rooms, all with access to the terrace: 1 suite room with 1 double bed of 150x200 for 2 people with the possibility of putting a baby cot, 1 room with a double bed of 150x190 for 2 people and a 2-story bunk bed with 2 90x190 beds for 2 people and 1 room with 2 2-story bunk beds (4 beds) 90x190 for 4 people. Full bathroom with shower. Auxiliary room with ironing center to store suitcases. Large terrace / porch with access from the kitchen and the living room and garden.

 Outdoor barbecue and a descending rectangular pool of approximately 8 m x 4 m (access to the pool is separated by a fence and a gate for the safety of children). The pool covers from 1 meter to 2 meters approximately. In the garage there is capacity for 4 cars and there is a washing machine and a mini gym.
