This beautiful holiday home with swimming-pool has an unforgettable view to the sea and to the islands. It is located on the outskirts of a small village, at the east-coast of Istra. It is approx. 15 minutes by car away from the holiday resort Rabac, with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. The modern architecture with essential lines, in an elegant style offers you an excellent comfort during your vacation. In the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, living-room and bedroom with disabled-friendly ensuite bathroom, additional WC and a room for pool billiard. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, fitness area and sauna. Beside of the pool you can relax as well in the whirlpool. In the evenings prepare delicious meals at the barbecue. Leave your everyday life behind you relax away from the city noise. This area is well-known for wild growing herbs. Go on long walks or bike ridings in this beautiful nature. Visit the picturesque old town of Labin on the hill with numerous manifestations in the summer months.
