Situated in the small town of Naklice, which is approximately 7km from Omis, this comfortable villa is a wonderful choice for a family holiday. You will benefit from a spacious kitchen and living area, a summer kitchen and entertainment room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The heated pool, surrounded by greenery, is a fabulous spot to relax even on the cooler days. Alternatively, head to the covered terrace area and summer kitchen to prepare some delicious Croatian produce on the barbecue. The town of Omis is a charming town situated at the mouth of the River Cetina. It is home to a range of recreational activities including rafting on the river.

    “Very clean, nice neighbourhood, very nice pool. The kitchen could use some more utensils like a sieve for pasta and more bowls etc. The location is perfect in the mountains and very easy to walk down to Omis on a nice path. Friendly and helpful landlord.”

    “Het huis heeft een prachtige ligging, op 5 á 10 minuten rijden van Omis, 20 minuten rijden van Split. De omgeving is rustig en het huis geeft prachtig uitzicht op de olijfgaarden van de eigenaar van het huis. Het huis is compleet gerenoveerd en de inrichting is klassiek en netjes. De badkamers zijn ruim en schoon. De keukens zijn modern en compleet. De terrassen zijn mooi, met goede tuinmeubelen en genoeg schaduw om er ook overdag te kunnen zitten. Het zwembad is zeer ruim en goed onderhouden. De eigenaar komt één keer per week om het zwembad schoon te maken, schone handdoeken worden gebracht en op verzoek kunnen de bedden verschoond worden. Het is een heerlijk huis en ik heb het iedereen aangeraden toen we terugkwamen. Wij zullen zeker terugkomen!”
