New, comfortable and barrier-free holiday apartment with a garden and a terrace
The apartment is located directly in Görmin.
It is at ground level and measures around 100m². It is suitable for four people, but could also accommodate two additional guests, or more if it is small children. The apartment is barrier-free. The front door is 91cm wide and has a threshold of 1.5cm. All the other doors are at least 80cm wide. The largest room of around 45m² comprises a living room and a dining room with a kitchen space. From here you can go through a large sliding door out onto the terrace and into the garden. This room has a big fireplace stove for special cosiness during the colder season. Firewood is provided. The living room provides a wicker armchair, a TV and a little library. The big corner sofa can be used as a sofa bed for an additional guest (116 x 200cm). The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a ceramic hob (four rings), a cooker hood, a big fridge with a separate freezer section, a dishwasher, coffee machine with filter, toaster and microwave. Six people can sit at the dining table. The worktop and the stove are 87cm high. It is possible to fit a wheelchair under the work table (height 75cm). The big living room/bedroom provides a double bed (160 x 200cm, height of top of mattress 62cm), an armchair, sofa, cupboard and TV. The little bedroom has a bunk bed (100 x 200cm) and a cupboard. The bathroom (access through a sliding door) is fitted with a generous, barrier-free shower, a WC and a washbasin. The ramp here has a height difference of 5cm per 20cm of length. The shower has a folding seat (height 49cm). The washbasin does not have space underneath. There is a second WC, also barrier-free, with a washbasin and washing machine (also accessed through a sliding door). The washbasin here has space underneath for a wheelchair (upper edge 77cm high). The WC (height 49cm) has a folding support. There is 102cm of space in front of the WC. The hallway has cloakroom space and there is a cupboard with bed linen and cleaning utensils. The hallway is at least 107cm wide and has two ramps. One ramp has a height difference of 7cm per length of 66cm, the other has a height difference of 2.5cm per length of 14cm.
The garden area measures around 68m², of which about 21m² are a terrace. There is a sliding door threshold to the terrace (7cm), but a movable ramp is available. Garden furniture for the terrace, a grill and a little sandpit are available. The garden is fenced all around, ideal for small children. There are two parking spaces right in front of the door. The parking space is paved and at the same level as the entrance.
An iron and ironing board, a laundry rack, a highchair and child’s travel bed can be provided on request. A rubber dinghy with paddles and an e-moto can be provided for the Peene (for a contribution to costs). Note for the cold season: the heating occasionally makes crackling noises.
