The holiday house newly built in 2013 in a Swedish style enjoys a quiet location in a new build area. A main road leads past, but the site is planted with a hedge facing the road and from around 8pm there is practically no traffic.
The house with 80m² of living space is suitable for six people. It has two bedrooms each with a double bed (single mattresses 90 x 200cm), and a bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 200cm). One of the bedrooms is big enough to add a cot. There is a generous living and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, kettle, egg boiler, toaster, coffee machine (pads and filter), and a microwave. A highchair can be provided. A stereo system with a CD player, a TV, a DVD and Bluray player are available. The bathroom is fitted with a shower an WC. All the rooms can be heated and the whole house has under-floor heating. There is an Internet connection. A washing machine and dryer are available, use to be agreed with the owner.
You can relax to your heart’s content on the terrace with seating. There is a round grill for leisurely evenings. You can share use of the elaborately planted garden and park your car securely under the car port.
The house is suitable for the disabled. Note that the whole house is non-smoking and that pets are not allowed.
Many recreational activities are available in the area, in all weathers. The nearest country inn is 300 metres away. There are supermarkets and discount shops in Leck five kilometres away, where there is also a leisure pool.
