Three separate holiday apartments in a newly renovated (2013) two-storey detached holiday villa close to the beach, with a communal terrace, outdoor kitchen and traditional stone grill in the leafy garden

These three modern holiday apartments with their own separate entrances are located in the small fishing village of Stari Grad on the west coast of the sunny Croatian island of Hvar, a perfect base to experience and enjoy the lush nature, long beaches, Mediterranean flavours and hospitality the romantic island has to offer.

The villa was built in 1990 and has only recently been completely renovated in 2013. It is surrounded by 400 m² of leafy gardens with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area surrounded by orange and lemon trees, inviting you to spend long evenings under the starlit sky.

The landlord lives in the building and is always available and happy to help with any questions you might have.

The holiday apartments are located only approximately 300 m away from the nearest beach with crystal clear water and approximately 200 m away from the village centre. Stari Grad offers a good choice of cafes and restaurants, famous for traditional fish dishes and local wines, shops and markets.

This 40 m² holiday apartment is on the first floor of the villa and is accessed via a separate entrance from the street. It offers a living-/dining area with integrated open plan kitchen, one bedroom and a modern bathroom. The air conditioned living room is furnished with a comfortable four seater corner sofa, coffee table and satellite television. A stylish breakfast bar with bar stools separates the living area from the fully fitted kitchen complete with a Ceran cooktop and stainless steel extractor hood, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and plenty of cutlery and tableware. A wooden staircase leads up to the bedroom which is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps and a spacious wardrobe providing plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional 120 cm x 200 cm bed, offering sleeping space for one more adult or up to two children. The modern bathroom has a generous shower cabin, wash basin with undersink cabinet and wall mirror, a washing machine and a toilet. Towels, bed linen and reliable WLAN internet access are provided in your holiday apartment free of charge.

The living room opens onto your private balcony. A secure parking space is available right in front of the building.
