Apartment with a terrace and a shared garden, in a quiet residential area with a view of the sea

This apartment is in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Kaštel Sućurac. Owing to the elevated location, it affords a great view of the surroundings, the sea and the islands.

The apartment has a furnished terrace that you can make yourself comfortable on in the evenings. You can also spend time in the extensive garden of the apartment building. There is a grill area. The apartment has its own parking space. The owner lives in the same building. There are two other apartments in the house.

The apartment is on the ground floor, totals 40m² and can accommodate four people. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) with bedside tables and a wardrobe. The air-conditioned living room-kitchen has a sofa bed (160 x 210cm) for two people, a coffee table and satellite TV, as well as a dining space with a table and four chairs. Right next to it there is the open kitchen unit with an oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom, which also has a washing machine, has a shower, WC, washbasin and cupboard with a mirror, with storage space.

It is about a kilometre to the seaside. There are cafés, restaurants and shops in Kaštel Sućurac, about 800 metres away.
