Holiday House in Pula with Private Pool

Villa Nina is a spacious building of 480 m2 of living space that can comfortably accommodate 14 people.
It is spread over 2 floors which are connected by external stairs.
The house has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 toilet, 2 utility rooms with washing machines and tumble dryers.On each floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and living room.On the second floor there is also a children's playroom, and on the ground floor there is a gym, darts, table tennis and an area with bicycles.

Large indoor and outdoor space, 480 m2, and outdoor space entierly closed (1800 m2) surrounded with trees,remote control gates made to protect the privacy of the guests.
Inside the property there is parking space for 4-5 cars
Outside area is ideal for a complete relaxing by the pool,outdoor terace and children playground.
Pool cleaning is per salt electrolysis , so no chemicals in the pool.

From the kitchen direct access to grill terace with gas BBQ with spacious table for 14 people.
On the ground floor, free access to the gym, table tennis, mini football, pikado and 10 bicycles free of charge.
