Comfortable and idyllically situated holiday apartment with a panoramic view

This holiday apartment of around 60m² is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Hausen in the Beuron valley.

The accommodation is on the ground floor and can accommodate 2-4 people. It was comprehensively renovated in 2015. The renovation work was completed in March 2015. It has a modern and comfortable interior, decorated with great attention to detail. The bedroom has a generous double bed (180 x 200cm) and a spacious cupboard. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin with cupboard and mirror, hairdryer, and storage space. The suite in the living room also includes a sofa bed for two people (140 x 200cm), along with satellite TV and a stereo system. There is a fully-equipped built-in kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all the necessary accessories, as well as a breakfast table, so all the comfort and convenience of home. A special highlight is the automatic coffee machine, with the best Italian coffee beans. You can start the day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee at the touch of a button, or an espresso in between times. Coffee beans are provided. A spacious hallway, where you can store your suitcases, rounds off the space. All the rooms apart from the hallway have new, modern storage heating. The temperature can be regulated separately for each room digitally. There is no air conditioning, but the apartment is well-insulated and does not get hot in summer, as there is another floor above. The whole apartment has Internet access via a wireless hotspot, with your own access code.

The lovely south-facing terrace, with garden furniture and a big parasol, invites you to enjoy the grandiose view, or to use the grill, or simply to relax, especially during the summer months. Although the upper apartment is rented out long-term, the terrace is for your own exclusive use. It is directly accessed through the terrace door in the living room. There is a parking space right by the house and up to three further cars can park for free on the street right in front of the house. Up to two bicycles can be parked in the stairwell, where there is also an electricity connection for charging e-bikes.

A free highchair, an additional children’s bed (70 x 140cm), a changing table and a selection of toys are available for toddlers. There is a mainline telephone and you can make free telephone calls to German landline numbers. Especially for families with small children it is good to know that the accommodation is fitted with child-safe plugs and leakage current circuit breakers. There are also smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher and a First Aid kit.

There are grocery shops, restaurants, bars and cafés about 1km away.
