    “Der Vermieter spricht ein wenig Englisch, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und abgelegen auf einer Anhöhe ohne Autolärm oder sonstige...Man ist eingebettet in Olivenhaine und Felder, der nächste "Nachbar" ist 1,5 km entfernt. Der nächste Ort, Pastina oder Pomaia, hat jeweils einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man morgens frische Brötchen kaufen kann. Alles sehr ländlich und idyllisch. Der nächste Strand, Marina di Cecina, liegt etwa 40 km mit dem Auto entfernt - auf der Autostrada ist man jedoch recht flott dort, in etwa 30 min ist man direkt am Meer.
